Swedish digital native and project wizard with 6+ years of international experience within project management, digital production and social & digital media strategy. I'm a collaborative, detail-oriented creative mind with an innovative approach to problem solving. I believe in transparency, dedication and hard work and I know how to realize ideas to their full potential. I'm always curious and I think being nice is the coolest thing you can do.

WHAT AM I UP TO?

NOW: MEDIAMONKS LOS ANGELES, DIGITAL PRODUCER
As a Digital Producer for our global clients at MediaMonks, I work in close collaboration with our client teams to develop top notch digital projects, products and campaign. I manage cross-functional teams and talents on a global scale, from ideas through production to delivery, shaping projects into a joint success for us and our clients.

Q1-Q4 2017: TALENT MANAGER - SHELLEY MULSHINE
I've freelanced as a Talent Manager and Producer Shelley Mulshine, a Swedish/American social media influencer. I managed Shelley’s brand collaborations, to find relevant brands that fits her audience. With over 500.000 followers on Facebook and Instagram, a monthly growth of 6% and an avg. engagement of 13% we successfully collaborated with brands such as Philips, Urban Ears, Nike, Dr Denim, VICE Magazine, ELLE Magazine, Glamour Paris, Peroni, Snapple and many more.

Q2 2016-Q4 2016:  VICE MEDIA - SOCIAL CONTENT PRODUCER
VICE is the world’s leading youth media company specializing in creating, distributing and monetizing original content globally. At their in-house strategy and branding division VIRTUE I worked with the extensive social content production and management for their global clients, where I had the main responsibility of developing and implementing social media strategies for the different brands and to manage and guide internal and external teams in the production of all social content. I designed and optimized our work processes to create synergy between departments, to ensure maximum efficiency throughout all processes and to ensure delivery of high-quality digital and always relevant social content.

Q3 2015-Q2 2016:  GOOGLE MUSIC - MUSIC CURATOR
As a curator and programmer for Google Music I took part in shaping the music library structure and content, mainly focusing on the Nordic region. I was trusted to develop strategic guidelines and methods to optimize the programming and experience for users in each of the Nordic countries, with the main goal of extending and broadening the local content and to make the overall experience of the service more personalized.

Q4 2012-Q3 2015:  RADJA SOUND DESIGN AGENCY - STRATEGIST
RSDA is a global audio branding agency that creates customized sound concepts and music strategies to build and strengthen brands through strategic sound communication. As a strategist and project manager my main responsibility was to analyze our client brands and drive the processes in the development of brand enhancing music profiles. I was active in the creative process, as well as in the development and delivery of our products, which included brand analysis, music marketing strategies, music profiles and actual sound products.

On top of this I was trusted as Music Supervisor for some of Sweden's most well-known retail brands and I conceptualized, programmed and curated all our music profiles and playlists. I also curated our social media channels, blog, newsletter and website; which included both graphic design, web design and editorial work.
